We negotiated discounted rates with local hotels. Rooms can be booked depending on availability.
Harbour Hotel Guildford (GU1 3DA)
This is a four-star hotel on Guildford’s famous cobbled streets in the heart of Guildford. Harbour is the leading lifestyle hotel in town and 1.5 miles (or 30 minute walk) from the University of Surrey Stag Hill Campus (conference venue).

Mandolay Hotel Guildford (GU1 2AE)
This is also a four-star hotel but with some more affordable options compared to Harbour. The hotel is 1.5 miles (or 30 minute walk) from the University of Surrey Stag Hill Campus (conference venue). See more details here: Mandolay Hotel website.

This is a mid-rage hotel located 1 mile (or 20 minute walk) from the conference venue, and 2 miles (or 45 minute walk) from the town centre. See more details here: Holiday Inn Guildford website.
University Accommodation
On the conference registration page you are given a chance to book University Accommodation for £52 per night. This amounts to basic student accommodation with an en-suite (private) bathroom and a communal kitchen with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, a freezer and an ironing board. Breakfast is included in the price. Please remember to mark your dietary requirements at the end of the booking form if you decide to stay at the University Accommodation.
