Welcome to the DAFx24 registration info page. You can find here information about what is included, what the registration fees are, and what the cancellation policy is.
What is included
The registration fee covers all conference events. Furthermore, it includes morning and afternoon refreshments, as well as 7 meals: 4 lunches served in the University refrectory (Hillside Restaurant), 2 standing dinner receptions (Green Room and by the lake), and 1 seated banquet (Loseley Park).

Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel Your booking (including University Accommodation if you choose to book it) with Us for any reason (including if You change Your mind) for free, and with a full refund of any payments you have made, on or before 1 August 2024 23:59 GMT (the “Cancellation Period”), save for the retention of a £25 administrative fee.
To cancel Your booking, You must clearly inform Us of Your decision to cancel before the Cancellation Period has expired. Please do this via email to dafx24@surrey.ac.uk.
Cancellations for Conference or Accommodation bookings received after 1 August 2024 23:59 GMT will not be eligible for a refund. The University reserves the right to provide You with a full refund of the Fees (including Accommodation) under serious, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to serious illness or bereavement. The decision to refund the Fees under such circumstances is at the University’s full discretion. Any supporting documentation must be translated if it is not in English.
Bookings cannot be transferred to another person.
How to register
In order to register, please click on the link below. You will be redirected to Surrey Store. After you selected the appropriate registration fee level, you will be asked whether you would like to add accommodation (basic student accommodation, see here for more details). Once you register on the store, you will be able to continue to Checkout, adding your details, and finally paying by credit card.
